Report ka simple meaning

Yeh CT chest aur CT abdomen/pelvis ki report hai. Ismein doctor ne mainly lungs, liver, kidneys, aur prostate ke findings likhe hain.
Photo Google Lens se li gayi hai aur kuch lines blur hain, isliye exact wording mein thodi galti ho sakti hai. Lekin jo main findings clearly dikh rahi hain, woh neeche hain.

1. Chest / Lungs report

Report mein kya likha hai

  • Dono lungs mein fibro-atelectatic bands dikh rahe hain.
  • Dono lungs mein traction bronchiectatic changes dikh rahe hain.
  • Lungs ke aas-paas pani nahi hai.
  • Heart aur pericardium normal dikh rahe hain.
  • Chest mein enlarged lymph nodes nahi dikh rahe.
  • Chest ki bones mein koi major abnormality nahi likhi gayi hai.

Hindi mein matlab

Fibro-atelectatic bands ka matlab hai lungs ke kuch hisson mein purane infection, purani sujan, TB, pneumonia, ya kisi pehle ke lung damage ke baad bane hue scar / sikudne ke nishan.
Traction bronchiectasis ka matlab hai lungs ki chhoti hawa ki naliyan, yani bronchi, scar tissue ke khinchav ki wajah se thodi phail aur khinch gayi hain. Isse kabhi-kabhi:
  • purani ya baar-baar khansi
  • balgam
  • chest infection
  • saans phoolna
    ho sakta hai.
Yeh report mein active TB, cancer, pani, ya bada mass clearly mention nahi hua hai. Lekin TB ya purane infection ka history ho to doctor ko zaroor batana chahiye.

In English

The CT chest shows bilateral fibro-atelectatic bands and traction bronchiectatic changes. This usually means there is old scarring and mild distortion/widening of some airways, commonly after a previous lung infection or inflammation. There is no reported pleural fluid, enlarged chest lymph node, or major heart/pericardial abnormality.
Bronchiectasis is a long-term airway condition that can cause cough and phlegm, but its severity varies. Treatment focuses on clearing mucus, preventing infections, and identifying the underlying cause, as explained by the NHS bronchiectasis guidance.

2. Abdomen / Stomach report

Jo findings photo mein samajh aa rahi hain

  • Liver size normal ke aas-paas likha hai, lekin liver mein fatty change / Grade I fatty liver ka impression diya gaya hai.
  • Spleen, pancreas aur adrenal glands mein koi major problem clearly mention nahi hai.
  • Kidneys mein stone / calculus ka mention dikh raha hai, especially upper pole mein chhote stone jaisa focus.
  • Kidneys mein kuch cystic / small lesions ka bhi mention ho sakta hai, par photo blur hone ki wajah se exact size aur side confirm karna mushkil hai.
  • Prostate ka size badha hua likha lag raha hai, around 41 cc, jo mild prostatomegaly ho sakta hai.
  • Urinary bladder aur baaki abdomen mein koi major alarming mass report mein clearly nahi dikh raha.
  • Appendix normal likha dikh raha hai.

Hindi mein matlab

  1. Grade I fatty liver
Liver mein halka fat jama hai. Yeh aksar weight badhne, diabetes, high triglycerides/cholesterol, alcohol, ya oily/sugary diet se hota hai. Is stage par lifestyle changes se improve ho sakta hai.
  2. Kidney stone
Kidney mein chhota pathri/stone ho sakta hai. Agar kamar mein tez dard, urine mein burning, blood, fever, vomiting, ya urine rukna ho to jaldi doctor ko dikhana chahiye.
  3. Mild prostatomegaly
Prostate gland thoda enlarged ho sakta hai. Isse urine ki dhaar kam hona, baar-baar urine aana, raat mein baar-baar urine ke liye uthna, ya urine poora clear na hona ho sakta hai.

In English

The abdominal CT appears to mention:
  • Grade I fatty liver, meaning mild fat deposition in the liver.
  • A possible small renal calculus, meaning a kidney stone.
  • Possible mild prostate enlargement.
  • No major abnormality is clearly visible in the spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands, or appendix in the photographed report.

Doctor ko kya batana / poochhna chahiye

Aap doctor ko yeh bol sakte hain:

Hindi

“CT report mein dono lungs mein fibro-atelectatic bands aur traction bronchiectatic changes likhe hain. Kya yeh purane TB ya infection ke nishan hain? Kya sputum test, chest physician consultation, PFT/spirometry, ya follow-up CT/X-ray ki zarurat hai? Kidney stone aur fatty liver ke liye kya treatment aur diet follow karni chahiye?”
Agar urine ki problem hai, toh yeh bhi bolen:
“Prostate thoda bada likha hai. Kya PSA test, urine test, ultrasound KUB, ya urologist consultation ki zarurat hai?”

English

“My CT report mentions bilateral fibro-atelectatic bands and traction bronchiectatic changes. Could these represent old TB or old infection-related scarring? Do I need sputum testing, pulmonary function testing, or review by a chest specialist? The report also mentions fatty liver and a possible kidney stone. What follow-up and diet or treatment are needed?”

Kab turant doctor/ER jana chahiye

Agar inmein se koi symptom ho, delay na karein:
  • saans bahut phoolna
  • khansi ke saath blood aana
  • high fever with cough/phlegm
  • chest pain
  • kamar ya pet mein bahut tez pain with vomiting
  • urine bilkul na hona, urine mein blood, ya fever with burning urine
Important: Chest findings purane scars bhi ho sakte hain, par agar active cough, balgam, fever, weight loss, night sweats, ya TB ka contact/history hai, toh chest physician/pulmonologist ko report dikhana zaroori hai.
