Here is the full report explained in simple words:

What This Report Says (Plain English)

This is an eye examination report that checks how well the person can see.

The Main Table - Visual Acuity Test

This tests how sharp the person's eyesight is, for both eyes separately and together.
What Was TestedRight EyeLeft EyeBoth Eyes
Distance (no glasses)6/66/66/6
Distance (pin hole test)6/66/66/6
Near/Reading (no glasses)N6N6N6
Near (pin hole test)N6N6N6
Distance (with glasses)NANANA
Near (with glasses)NANANA

What These Numbers Mean

  • 6/6 - This is perfect distance vision. It means you can see clearly at 6 meters what a normal eye is supposed to see at 6 meters. Think of it like 20/20 vision in the American system - completely normal.
  • N6 - This is perfect near/reading vision. The "N" stands for Near, and N6 means you can read normal-sized print without any problem.
  • NA (Not Applicable) - The "with glasses" rows are blank/NA because the person does not wear glasses and doesn't need them - their natural vision is already perfect.
  • Pin Hole test - A tiny pinhole disc is placed in front of the eye. If vision improves with the pinhole, it suggests a refractive error (needing glasses). Here the result stayed 6/6 and N6, confirming the eyes are genuinely healthy.

Other Findings

  • Fornix & Limbus - The inner lining of the eyelids and the border of the cornea - both Normal
  • Visual Field - The total range of what you can see (side/peripheral vision) - Normal
  • Color Vision - Ability to distinguish colors - NAD (No Abnormality Detected), meaning color vision is fine
  • Retina - The back of the eye (not filled in on this report)

Bottom Line

This is an excellent, completely normal eye report. Both eyes have perfect distance and near vision without any glasses, and all other eye tests are normal too. No glasses or treatment are needed.
