Unfortunately, the medical library does not have any Ayurveda books. The collection covers conventional (allopathic/Western) medicine across 36 specialties, including anatomy, pharmacology, surgery, pediatrics, cardiology, and many others - but Ayurveda is not among them.
Here's a summary of what IS available:
  • Basic sciences: Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Histology, Embryology, Genetics, Microbiology, Immunology, Pathology, Pharmacology
  • Clinical specialties: Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Dermatology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics
  • Surgery: General Surgery, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine
  • Other: Radiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Family Medicine, Laboratory Medicine
If you are looking for Ayurveda topics - such as herbal medicines (e.g., ashwagandha, turmeric), specific treatments, or traditional formulations - I can try to find relevant pharmacological or clinical research on those substances from the available resources or via PubMed. Would that be helpful?
