To turn a PDF into a voice note, you need to convert its text to speech.
Fastest method on phone:
  1. Open the PDF in a reader app.
  2. Use a text-to-speech feature:
    • Android: Enable Select to Speak in Settings > Accessibility, then select the PDF text and tap Play.
    • iPhone/iPad: Enable Spoken Content in Settings > Accessibility, then use Speak Screen or select text and tap Speak.
  3. If you want an actual audio file to send, use a text-to-speech app that can export MP3/M4A, then share it in WhatsApp or save it as a voice note.
On a computer:
  1. Extract/copy the PDF text.
  2. Paste it into a text-to-speech app or website.
  3. Choose voice and language.
  4. Export as MP3, then send the file.
If the PDF is scanned pictures rather than selectable text, it must first be OCR-scanned so the words can be read aloud.
