Ice: 10–15 min after activity if it provides symptom relief. 3. Wrist extensor stretch: 30 sec × 3 reps, 2–3×/day. 4. Isometric wrist extension: 5 × 30 sec, 1–2×/day. 5. Theraband/dumbbell wrist extension: 3 × 10–15 reps/day. 6. Eccentric wrist extension: 3 × 10–15 reps/day, progressing resistance gradually. 7. Grip strengthening: Soft ball/putty, 2–3 × 10–15 reps. 8. Manual therapy: Gentle soft-tissue work to wrist extensors ± elbow mobilization if indicated. 9. Counterforce brace: Consider during aggravating activities if it reduces pain.
