Baaki sab (WBC, Lymphocytes, Granulocytes, MCV, MCH, RDW) - Normal hain.

🩺 Clinical Interpretation

1. Thrombocytopenia (Platelets = 54,000) - Sabse Important Finding

Platelets bahut kam hain. Normal range 1.5 to 4 lakh hoti hai, yahan sirf 54,000 hai. Yeh moderate-to-severe thrombocytopenia hai.
MPV (12.3 fL) high hona indicate karta hai ki bone marrow bade platelets bana raha hai - matlab destruction ho rahi hai, production kam nahi hai.
Sambhavit causes:
  • Dengue Fever - Sabse common cause India mein, especially July-August mein (monsoon season). Is date ko dekho - 13 July 2026, monsoon peak time
  • Viral infection (other)
  • ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura)
  • Malaria

2. High Hemoglobin (18.9 g/dL) + High RBC (5.75)

HGB 18.9 bahut zyada hai (normal men mein ~13.5-17.5 g/dL).
Sambhavit causes:
  • Dehydration - Agar patient ko fever/vomiting hai toh haemoconcentration ho sakta hai - dengue mein yeh common hai
  • Polycythemia Vera (blood disorder)
  • High altitude rehna

⚠️ Probable Diagnosis

Dengue Fever with Thrombocytopenia ki highest probability hai kyunki:
  • July = Monsoon = Dengue season in India
  • Platelets drastically low (54,000)
  • High Hb/RBC = plasma leakage se haemoconcentration (dengue ka feature)
  • WBC normal range mein hai (dengue mein WBC normal/low hota hai, bacterial infection mein high)

🚨 Turant Kya Karein

  1. Doctor se milein ABHI - Platelets 54,000 se neeche bleeding risk hota hai
  2. Dengue NS1 Antigen + IgM/IgG test karwayein
  3. Malaria test (peripheral smear / RDT)
  4. Platelet count daily monitor karein
  5. Agar bleeding ho rahi hai (naak, masood, skin par dabbe), hospital mein admit ho jayein
