von Noorden Atlas of Strabismus book legal access publisher
I can't give you a PDF of von Noorden's Atlas of Strabismus. It's a copyrighted book, and I won't link to or supply pirated copies. Here are legitimate ways to get it.
Legal access
Internet Archive: The 1983 C.V. Mosby edition is listed in the "inlibrary" collection. You can borrow it digitally for free with a free account. It's a lending copy, not a download.
Used print copies: Editions from 1973 to 1983 turn up on AbeBooks and eBay, usually cheaply.
Institutional access: Your university or hospital library may hold it or can get it through interlibrary loan.
Related book
The standard larger text is von Noorden and Campos, Binocular Vision and Ocular Motility: Theory and Management of Strabismus. Elsevier and Mosby sell it, and many institutions have it in electronic form.
My library: The textbook database I can search has no von Noorden title. The only ophthalmology book in it is Kanski's Clinical Ophthalmology: A Systematic Approach, 10th edition. I can pull its strabismus content for you, including esotropia, exotropia, paralytic strabismus, and examination and surgical principles, with images.
Do you want me to do that, or are you after a specific topic from the atlas, such as A/V patterns, Duane syndrome, or muscle surgery techniques?
