These are photographs of a contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen and pelvis, shown in axial and coronal views.
I cannot safely give a diagnostic interpretation from a phone photograph of a printed film. The resolution, window settings, contrast phase, and full slice series are needed to assess organs, bowel, urinary tract, vessels, lymph nodes, and pelvic structures reliably.
What is visibly apparent
  • The liver, spleen, kidneys, bowel, pelvis, and urinary bladder region are included.
  • There appears to be a large fluid-density structure in the lower pelvis, but from this photo it may simply represent a distended urinary bladder. It cannot be distinguished confidently from another pelvic cystic structure without the original CT images and radiologist's report.
  • I cannot reliably confirm or exclude stones, appendicitis, obstruction, infection, a mass, or cancer from this film photograph alone.
Please upload a clear photo or typed copy of the radiology report, especially the “Findings” and “Impression” sections. I can translate it into plain language and explain what follow-up, if any, is usually advised.
