📝 EXAM TIPS FOR RGUHS NEUROANATOMY

1. Always draw a labeled diagram - RGUHS examiners give extra marks for neat diagrams. For topics like midbrain sections, Circle of Willis, internal capsule - the diagram IS the answer.
2. Add applied anatomy - even if not asked, 1-2 lines of clinical correlation earns bonus marks.
3. Circle of Willis has appeared in both short essay AND short answer in the same exam - know it cold.
4. Midbrain diagrams - memorize both superior colliculus and inferior colliculus levels with all structures labeled.
5. For ganglion questions (ciliary, submandibular, pterygopalatine), always mention: location, roots (sensory/motor/sympathetic/parasympathetic), and applied anatomy.
