QRS koi ek word ka shortform nahi hai - yeh teen alag waves ke naam hain jo ECG (Electrocardiogram) par dikhti hain:

Matlab: Yeh dono ventricles (dil ke nichle chambers - Right Ventricle aur Left Ventricle) ki electrical depolarization ko represent karta hai - yaani jab ventricles contract (squeeze) karte hain aur poore body mein blood pump karte hain.

QRS ke Teen Phases (Simple)
- Q wave - Interventricular septum (dono ventricles ke beech ki deewar) pehle depolarize hoti hai, left se right ki taraf
- R wave - Dono ventricles ek saath depolarize hote hain; left ventricle zyada bada hone ki wajah se bada spike aata hai
- S wave - Final depolarization phase
Normal QRS Duration
- Normal: 80 se 120 milliseconds (0.08 - 0.12 seconds)
- Wide QRS (>120 ms): Bundle branch block ya conduction problem ka sign
