sleep deprivation headache memory concentration advice official health source

Haan, ye most likely puri raat jagne, mental stress, dehydration, bhookh aur continuous screen/reading ki wajah se ho raha hai. Neend kam hone par attention, concentration aur short-term recall temporarily weak ho jata hai, isliye jo padha tha woh “yaad nahi aa raha” feel hota hai. Sleep deprivation headache bhi trigger kar sakti hai. Textbook evidence bhi sleep loss se attention, vigilance, concentration aur performance impairment batata hai. CDC guidance also notes impaired learning and information processing.
Abhi exam se pehle ye karo:
  1. 15-20 min aankh band karke rest ya short nap lo, alarm laga do. Naya topic mat padho.
  2. Paani piyo. Agar possible ho to ORS, nimbu-pani, ya simple water.
  3. Kuch halka kha lo: banana, biscuit, fruit, sandwich, dahi, nuts. Empty stomach headache badha sakta hai.
  4. Sirf short notes, formulas, headings aur previously revised questions dekho. Naya chapter shuru mat karo.
  5. 2-3 min slow breathing karo: 4 sec inhale, 6 sec exhale.
  6. Caffeine agar tum normally lete ho to ek chai/coffee theek ho sakti hai, par zyada coffee/energy drink mat lena. Anxiety, palpitations aur headache badh sakte hain.
  7. Exam mein pehle easy questions karo. Recall aksar question dekhte hi wapas aata hai.
Urgent help lo agar headache achanak bahut severe ho, repeated vomiting, fever with neck stiffness, fainting, confusion, weakness/numbness, vision/speech problem, seizure, ya head injury ke baad headache ho. Otherwise, rest aur sleep ke baad usually memory clarity improve hoti hai.
Aaj exam ke baad recovery ke liye proper sleep lena. Abhi goal perfection nahi, bas calm rehkar jo aata hai woh likhna hai.
