Matlab: Prostate gland kaafi badi (enlarged) hai - normal se lagbhag double. Lekin koi cancer ka sign (hypoechoic nodule/calcification) nazar nahi aata.

Matlab: Peshab karne ke baad bhi 73 ml urine reh jaata hai (normal <50 ml hota hai) - yeh incomplete emptying hai, prostate ke pressure ki wajah se. Bladder wall moti hone se mild cystitis ka suggestion hai.
3. Incidental Findings (Ittifaqan Mili Cheezein)
- Bilateral Indirect Inguinal Hernia (Dono tarfah):
- Right side: 7.4 mm
- Left side: 8.7 mm
- "Early reducible" - matlab abhi chhoti hain aur daba ke andar ki ja sakti hain
- Penile shaft mein soft tissue edema (sojan)

⚠️ Kya Karna Chahiye
- BPH ke liye - Urologist se milna zaroori hai. Alpha-blockers (e.g. Tamsulosin) ya 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (e.g. Finasteride) di ja sakti hain
- PSA test karwayein cancer rule out karne ke liye
- Hernia ke liye surgical opinion lein (abhi chhoti hain lekin barhti hain toh operation hoga)
- UTI/Cystitis ke liye urine culture aur antibiotics ki zaroorat ho sakti hai
- Residual urine zyada hai - agar symptoms barhein toh catheterization ya surgery ka option bhi sochna pare
