I cannot reliably diagnose a stone, hydronephrosis, cyst, or other abnormality from photographs of printed ultrasound films. The image quality, orientation, missing measurements, and absent radiologist report make that unsafe.
What can be located:
  • The images show both kidneys in the KUB ultrasound series.
  • One panel is marked “RK”, meaning right kidney. It is located in the right upper abdomen/flank, beneath the liver.
  • The other renal images are likely the left kidney, located in the left upper abdomen/flank, beneath the spleen.
  • The second sheet includes pelvic/transvaginal ultrasound views, not just KUB views.
I have marked the kidney-view areas and the printed “RK” label. The boxes identify anatomy/views only, not a confirmed disease finding:

Please upload a clear photo or text of the written ultrasound report, especially the section titled Findings and Impression/Conclusion. I can then explain exactly what was found and where. Renal ultrasound is used to assess kidney size, dilatation of the collecting system, cysts, and some masses, but a final interpretation depends on the full real-time scan and report, not individual film photographs.
