Send me any case with:
- Patient's age, sex, and chief complaint
- Vitals (BP, HR, RR, Temp, SpO2) if available
- Key symptoms and duration
- Relevant history (DM, HTN, cardiac, etc.)
- Any medications already given
I'll provide:
- Working diagnosis (differential included)
- ER stabilization plan (airway, IV access, fluids, O2, monitoring)
- Specific drug doses with routes and timing
- Investigations to order
- Take-home medications with doses, frequency, and duration
- Red flags and when to refer/admit
Ground rules I follow:
- Evidence-based, guideline-aligned management
- Dose calculations are for adults unless you specify pediatric
- I'll flag anything that needs specialist input or escalation
- I'll note drug cautions when relevant (renal/hepatic impairment, pregnancy, etc.)
