so we have a 11 year old female diagnosed with type 1 DM in june 2026, during the DKA episode child had left sided pneumonia for which she received IV antibiotics for 7 days and was discharged on biphasic insulin. Now child presented with complaints of fever and bloodish tinged sputum on coughing and on examination there is borderline tachypnea, decreased air entry on left infra mammary and infra axillary areas, and dull note on percussion in the same  areas. on investigation there was anemia, 2D ECHO suggestive of ACHD - ASD 1.3 cms, what might be the differentials
