હવે મારી પાસે medical textbooks માંથી સંપૂર્ण માહિতી છે. ચાલો Gujarati માં સ્પષ્ट routine આપું.

🔴 Ringworm (દાદ / ટીનિયા) - Tablet અને Treatment Routine

⚠️ નોંધ: નીચે આપેલ માહિતી educational છે. Doctor ની સલાહ વિના medication ન લો, ખાસ કરીને oral tablets માટે.

💊 Oral Tablets (ડૉક્ટર prescribe કરે ત્યારે)

1. Terbinafine 250mg (સૌથી સારો option)

Dose: 1 tablet daily (250mg)

Duration by site:

Infection site	Duration
Tinea corporis (શરીર પર)	2-4 weeks
Tinea cruris (જાંઘ/groin)	2-4 weeks
Tinea capitis (માથું)	4-6 weeks
Tinea pedis (પગ)	2-6 weeks
Nails (nails/onychomycosis)	6-12 weeks

2. Itraconazole 200mg

Dose: 100-200mg daily
Duration: 2-4 weeks (body); nails માટે longer
CHF (heart failure) patients ને ન આપવી

3. Griseofulvin (older drug, mainly children)

Tinea capitis (scalp) - ખાસ children માટે
Duration: scalp - 1 month, nails - 6-12 months

🏥 Daily Routine (Ringworm treatment)

સવારે:

✅ ગરમ પાણીથી affected area સ્વચ્છ ધૂઓ, સૂકું કરો
✅ Antifungal cream (clotrimazole / terbinafine / miconazole) લગાડો - infection ની બહાર 1-2 cm સુધી
✅ Tablet ઘેર ખાઓ (ડૉક્ટર prescribe કર્યું હોય તો)

રાત્રે:

✅ ફરી area ધૂઓ, સૂકું કરો
✅ Cream બીજી વાર (dine daily = 2 times/day) લગાડો

Extra ધ્યાન:

🚿 Tight clothes ન પહેરો - ઢીલા, cotton kapda
🧺 Towel, clothes daily ધૂઓ - 60°C+ ગરમ પાણીથી
🧴 Antifungal powder (clotrimazole powder) use કરો - ખાસ groin/feet area
❌ Infected area ને ખંજવાળો નહિ - spread થાય
❌ Steroid cream (betamethasone) alone ન વાપરો - infection વધુ ખરાબ થાય

⏱️ Treatment ક્યારે સુધી ચાલુ રાખવું?

Important rule: Skin સ્વચ્છ દેખાય પછી પણ 1 વધારાનો week cream ચાલુ રાખો - relapse ટાળવા.

🔴 Doctor પાસે ક્યારે જવું?

2 weeks topical cream પછી સારું ન થાય
Scalp / nails involved હોય
Widespread (ઘણી જગ્યાએ) infection
Diabetic / immune-compromised patient
Oozing, swelling, severe inflammation (kerion)

ટૂંકમાં: Body ringworm માટે સામાન્ય રીતે Terbinafine 250mg 1 tab daily × 2-4 weeks + antifungal cream BD × 2-4 weeks - પણ ડૉક્ટરની prescription પછી. Nails/scalp માટે longer course જોઈએ.
