Deflevo is likely a brand of deflazacort, a corticosteroid medicine.

Important cautions

Important: do not combine duplicates without confirming the prescription
- Telrose already contains rosuvastatin 10 mg. Do not take it together with Rosia-10 unless a clinician specifically instructed this. That would duplicate rosuvastatin.
- Telrose contains telmisartan, and Kreztel-MT also contains telmisartan. Do not take both together unless your doctor explicitly prescribed both. It can lower blood pressure too much.
- This may mean one packet was intended to replace another, not to be taken at the same time. The Telrose composition is telmisartan 40 mg + rosuvastatin 10 mg, as listed by this medicine reference.
Expiry warning
The Telrose strip appears to say EXP 08/2026. Today is September 2026, so do not use it. Return it to a pharmacy for safe disposal and obtain a current prescription/refill if needed.
Deflevo
Deflevo is deflazacort 6 mg, a steroid. Take it only in the prescribed schedule, preferably with food if it upsets the stomach. Do not start, extend, or suddenly stop a steroid course without medical advice, especially if it has been used for more than a few days.
Seek urgent care if there is fainting, severe dizziness, breathing difficulty, chest pain, very slow pulse, severe muscle pain/weakness, or dark urine.
