  • High BP is often symptom-free. If it is 180/120 mmHg or higher, repeat after 5 minutes. If still high, contact a clinician urgently. If there is chest pain, severe headache, weakness/numbness, trouble speaking, vision change, or breathlessness, call emergency services.
