🚨 Agar Koi Achanak Behosh Ho Jaaye - Kya Karein?

Step 1 - Pehle Khud Ko Safe Rakhein

Jagah dekhein - koi traffic, bijli ka khatraa, ya koi aur danger to nahi hai. Pehle apni safety.

Step 2 - Response Check Karein (10 seconds)

  • Uunchi awaz mein bolein: "Theek hain aap? Sunnai de raha hai?"
  • Dono kandhe halka sa daba ke hilaayein
  • Agar koi jawaab nahi - aage badhein

Step 3 - Emergency Number Call Karein

Turant 112 (ya 108 ambulance) call karein agar woh jawaab nahi dete. Agar koi aur maujood ho, unhe call karne ko bolein aur khud CPR/first aid shuru karein.

Step 4 - Saans Jaanchein (10 seconds)

  • Sar ko peechhe jhukayein, thaodi upar uthayein (Head-tilt, Chin-lift)
  • Seena uthta-girta dekho
  • Muh ke paas kaan lagaa ke saans ki awaaz suno / hawa mahsoos karo

A - Saans hai:

Recovery Position mein rakhein (neeche detail hai)

B - Saans NAHI hai:

CPR shuru karein - fauran!

⚑ Recovery Position (Agar Saans Aa Rahi Hai)

Yeh position is liye zaroori hai taaki zuban andar na jaye aur agar ulti ho to daam na ghute:
  1. Vyakti ko seedha peeth ke bal lita dein
  2. Jo haath aapke qareeb ho, use 90 degree pe bilkul seedha phailaayein
  3. Doosra haath gaal ke neeche rakhein (haath ka pichla hissa gaal se lagaa ke)
  4. Upar wali taang ghutnon se modein
  5. Dheeray se unhe side mein ghuma dein (apni taraf) - woh "L" ki shakal mein aa jaayenge
  6. Sir thoda peechhe kar ke airway khuli rakhein

⚑ CPR (Agar Saans NAHI Aa Rahi)

Sirf haath se CPR (Hands-Only CPR) - sabse aasaan aur effective:
  1. Ek haath ki tali seene ke beech mein rakhein (seedha nipple line ke beech mein)
  2. Doosra haath upar rakhein, ungliyan phansaayein
  3. Kuhni seedhi rakhein, apna poora wajan daalon
  4. Jabardast dabaao - kam az kam 5 cm gehra (zyada ghabbrana nahi, patli bones tootein bhi to theek hai - jaan bachana zyada zaroori)
  5. Rate: 100-120 baar per minute (Bee Gees ka gaana "Stayin' Alive" ki dhun pe - haan, sachchi!)
  6. 30 chest compressions + 2 rescue breaths (agar aap CPR trained hain) ya sirf compressions bina ruk ke
CPR tab tak karte rahein jab tak:
  • Ambulance aa jaaye
  • Woh hosh mein aa jaaye
  • Aap bilkul thak jaayein

⚠️ Kya BILKUL MAT KAREIN

Behoshi ke Aam Kaaran

  • Vasovagal syncope - Darr, dard, zyada dheep mein khade rehna (sabse common)
  • Low BP / Low sugar - Khaana na khaaya ho
  • Heart problems - Arrhythmia ya heart attack
  • Stroke - Brain ko khoon nahi pahuncha
  • Epilepsy seizure - Dauraa padna
  • Heat stroke - Garmi mein behosh

Ambulance ka Intezaar Karte Waqt

  • Recovery position mein rakhein
  • Sar zara peechhe jhuka ke airway khuli rakhein
  • Kapde dheelay karein (tie, collar, belt)
  • Theek temperature rakhein - na zyada garmi, na thand
  • Saans aur pulse baar baar check karte rahein
  • Koi bhi dawai, khana, paani munh mein na daalen
  • Note karein: kitne baje behosh hue, kitna waqt hua

Yaad rakhein: Behoshi kabhi bhi normal nahi hoti - hamesha ek serious warning sign hai. Doctor ko zaroor dikhaaein, chahe woh khud hi hosh mein aa jaayein.
