- Muh ke paas kaan lagaa ke saans ki awaaz suno / hawa mahsoos karo

⚑ Recovery Position (Agar Saans Aa Rahi Hai)
Yeh position is liye zaroori hai taaki zuban andar na jaye aur agar ulti ho to daam na ghute:
- Vyakti ko seedha peeth ke bal lita dein
- Jo haath aapke qareeb ho, use 90 degree pe bilkul seedha phailaayein
- Doosra haath gaal ke neeche rakhein (haath ka pichla hissa gaal se lagaa ke)
- Upar wali taang ghutnon se modein
- Dheeray se unhe side mein ghuma dein (apni taraf) - woh "L" ki shakal mein aa jaayenge
- Sir thoda peechhe kar ke airway khuli rakhein
⚑ CPR (Agar Saans NAHI Aa Rahi)
Sirf haath se CPR (Hands-Only CPR) - sabse aasaan aur effective:
- Ek haath ki tali seene ke beech mein rakhein (seedha nipple line ke beech mein)
- Doosra haath upar rakhein, ungliyan phansaayein
- Kuhni seedhi rakhein, apna poora wajan daalon
- Jabardast dabaao - kam az kam 5 cm gehra (zyada ghabbrana nahi, patli bones tootein bhi to theek hai - jaan bachana zyada zaroori)
- Rate: 100-120 baar per minute (Bee Gees ka gaana "Stayin' Alive" ki dhun pe - haan, sachchi!)
- 30 chest compressions + 2 rescue breaths (agar aap CPR trained hain) ya sirf compressions bina ruk ke

- Stroke - Brain ko khoon nahi pahuncha
- Epilepsy seizure - Dauraa padna
- Heat stroke - Garmi mein behosh
Ambulance ka Intezaar Karte Waqt
- Recovery position mein rakhein
- Sar zara peechhe jhuka ke airway khuli rakhein
- Kapde dheelay karein (tie, collar, belt)
- Theek temperature rakhein - na zyada garmi, na thand
- Saans aur pulse baar baar check karte rahein
- Koi bhi dawai, khana, paani munh mein na daalen
- Note karein: kitne baje behosh hue, kitna waqt hua
Yaad rakhein: Behoshi kabhi bhi normal nahi hoti - hamesha ek serious warning sign hai. Doctor ko zaroor dikhaaein, chahe woh khud hi hosh mein aa jaayein.
