Uh, my wisdom teeth is coming out. My wisdom teeth is coming out, so it's hurting. I think it's stabbing me, and then, uh, my gum, like, you know, my skin is there. It's like it's paining. If I touch there, it's paining. It's not like, uh, paining so much. It's only paining when I'm talking a lot or when I'm chewing that side. And... And it's annoying. So what, uh, tablet should I take? Very powerful tablet which will... No, do these things to me.

This sounds like irritation/inflammation of the gum flap around a partly erupting wisdom tooth, often worse when chewing. A “very powerful” tablet is usually not the answer, and antibiotics should not be started without a dentist examining you.
For short-term pain relief, if you are an adult and these medicines are safe for you:
  • Ibuprofen 400 mg with food, up to 3 times a day as needed. Avoid it if you have a stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney disease, are on blood thinners, have NSAID-sensitive asthma, or are pregnant.
  • You can also take paracetamol/acetaminophen 500 to 1,000 mg, up to every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4,000 mg in 24 hours. Use a lower maximum if you have liver disease, drink heavily, are underweight, or a clinician has advised it.
  • They can be taken together for stronger dental pain relief, as long as each is safe for you and you follow the limits. Do not combine ibuprofen with other anti-inflammatory painkillers such as naproxen or diclofenac.
Also:
  • Gently rinse with warm salt water after meals.
  • Carefully brush around the tooth to remove trapped food, but do not keep poking the painful gum.
  • Chew on the other side and choose soft foods for a few days.
  • Arrange a dentist appointment soon. The gum can trap bacteria, and the tooth may need cleaning around it or an assessment for removal. This pattern is consistent with pericoronitis, where a gum flap over an erupting wisdom tooth becomes inflamed and chewing can aggravate it. ROSEN's Emergency Medicine, p. 860.
Get urgent dental help today if you develop facial swelling, fever, pus/bad taste, trouble opening your mouth, worsening pain, or pain not relieved by medication. Go to emergency care immediately for trouble swallowing or breathing, or rapidly spreading swelling. The NHS urgent dental guidance also advises paracetamol or ibuprofen while waiting for dental assessment.
