Exam-yield perspective for NEET PG/INICET - Obstetrics tends to have more high-yield, image/scenario-based questions (partogram, malpresentations, PPH, hypertensive disorders) that benefit from being fresh in memory closer to revision, but building the base early with full lectures (not just rapid revision) is still better done first since Gynae oncology and other topics are comparatively shorter and can be picked up faster once your OBG fundamentals are solid.
