Report mein kya-kya hota hai?
Abdomen USG report mein ye organs check kiye jaate hain:
1. LIVER (Jigar)

| Normal size & echotexture | Liver bilkul theek hai |
| Hepatomegaly | Liver bada hai (normal se zyada) |
| Echogenic liver / Fatty liver | Liver mein fat jam gaya hai |
| Focal lesion / Cyst | Liver mein koi ganth ya paani ki theli |
| Cirrhosis | Liver ka tissue kharab ho gaya (serious) |
Normal liver size: ~15 cm se chhoti hoti hai
2. GALLBLADDER (Pitt ki theli)

7. AORTA / Major vessels

- Free fluid / Ascites = Pet mein paani - serious sign hai
