37 years old nulligravida female with approximately 12*10 cm size posterior myometrial wall fibroid at fundus. No AUB. C/o abdominal pain* 2 days, vomiting* 1 day. Abdominal distension gradually since 1 year. Bladder habitus normal. Bowel habitus as per patient is that stool is passing intermittently. Patient wants to preserve fertility. H/o 2nd marriage 1 month ago. I am currently 3rd year post graduate Obgyn resident. What type of questions will be asked to me by my HOD with answers in great detail.
