Patient have frozen embryo transfer in August 2026 , patient have endometrioma in right ovary , but have natural flow of bleeding during menstruation, doctor have given him luprodex 3.75 mg injection for that , after taking injection patient have a very light bleeding so her endometrium thickness is 6 mm , doctor says for embryo transfer minimum endometrium thickness require before line priming is 4 mm , so started norethisterone tablet for one month , but again very less bleeding , patient is taking norethisterone cycle from.last 3 months but endometrium thickness is not decreasing to 6 mm
