It is difficult to do obg and spm on same day and peds and immunology I didn't complete my first two together is so difficult microbiology and biochemistry alsoo I need more revision for biochemistry and I forgot to add rheumatology and hematology git considering all these pls modify the schedule

- Day 1 - OBG (Obstetrics) alone (100 MCQs) - you said this was too difficult combined with SPM
