Hi this is aadhil, i am a ctvs physician assistant, I did my internship in ctvs after my 3 years theory , where I learned independently icd removal, leg incision closure and chest incision closure these and all practically I did , and assisted vein harvesting evh procedure, open method - 4 cases, and so many cabgs procedures as a second physician assistant, now i joined job in ctvs heart lung transplant and ECMO unit, and here they doing regular cases rarely, now my concern is i want to learn all the things like from basic, but very deep like a ctvs surgeon, the thing is i want to learn deep anatomy, physiology, medications, ECMO, transplant, cabg, valve procedures, all the things I have to learn but strong foundation i need remember that, I will consistent will start from zero, explain me all the things with images using simple words, for everything you only make why question and give answers to me, before starting another topic ask me a question from learned topic, ok and from now onwards let's start our workup
