Note from Harrison's (2025): For most patients in clinical practice, biofeedback is "at best an adjunct to pharmacotherapy" for conditions like migraine. Nonpharmacologic measures alone are unlikely to prevent all attacks, and pharmacological approaches are often still needed alongside them.
