I came back from college at around 2 pm, I had mild headache...... At 8 pm on the same day I developed low grade fever. I then took a paracetamol 500 mg. Next day when I woke up my headache and fever persisted and I also developed retro orbital pain. No cough, chills, rhinitis etc..... on third day I felt dizzy and tired. Over a period of 4 days with persistent symptoms i took two more paracetamol 650 mg tablets. Fever didn't subside. On the same day (4th) I did CBC, ESR, CRP, denge ns1 antigen, widal test, malarial parasite test..... All reports came normal. On fifth day when I woke up at 10 am, rash had appeared on face, chest, abdomen, feet, and little on arms and hands..... After 2 days my health restored to normal
