Key points:
- Dose badhane ki speed: 150 mg se shuru kar ke har 3–7 din mein titrate karein

Neuropathic pain mein pregabalin ki dosing:
Starting dose: 150 mg/day (75 mg × 2 ya 50 mg × 3)
Titration:
- 1 week baad → 300 mg/day
- 2–4 weeks baad (agar insufficient relief) → 600 mg/day tak badha sakte hain
Maximum dose = 600 mg/day (2–3 divided doses mein)
