My patient is 23 years old boy who had a history of past containing fruncle roundabout 3 months ago in the axilla. Then that Francul was spontaneously dissolved after 15 days and t thereafter he started having pain in his left forearm. He thought it might be a muscular pain so he went to doctor and doctor prescribed him physiotherapy. He started physical therapy and after 15 days and he started having the pain once again and then he came to me and I did x-ray and ultrasound MRI and the physical condition of the patient was like he has swollen arm and the color of his arm was more red reddish black and is the left arm. Temperature was higher than his right arm. He is a non-smoker. No history of diabetes and no history of hypertension. He usually had fever in the night. A. Mild fever of 101°F he also had no pain in his any other part of the body and and also there is no history of any type of cough. after seeing his x-ray, MRI reports and ultrasound, I noticed that there is a cellulitis and osteumonitis so I started antibiotic treatment. Now you will analyze the x-ray, ultrasound and MRI and will tell me what investigations would be more helpful in making diagnosis and what should be the treatment plan for now. And also tell me the differential diagnosis.
