The PDF appears to be image-based (scanned). Let me try OCR extraction.
Running Command

python3 << 'EOF' import pdfplumber from PIL import Image import io pdf_path = "/home/daytona/workspace/attachments/a75bb0bb-cb2c-4746-8831-1c39f17c3f50/all in 1.pdf" # Check if there are images embedded in the pages with pdfplumber.open(pdf_path) as pdf: page = pdf.pages[0] print("Page dimensions:", page.width, page.height) print("Images on page 1:", len(page.images)) print("Objects on page 1:", list(page.objects.keys()) if page.objects else "none") # Try to get words words = page.extract_words() print("Words found:", words[:10] if words else "none") EOF

The pages are image-based. I need to use OCR. Let me convert pages to images and run OCR.
Running Command

Good - I can see the structure. Let me read through all pages systematically to extract all questions.

Reading File
Now I have a good understanding of the structure. Let me use the subagent to do the full comprehensive analysis of all 92 pages, since this is a complex task requiring careful reading of all the OCR text.
general-purpose

You need to read and fully analyze a large OCR text file at /home/daytona/workspace/pyq_ocr/full_ocr.txt (5185 lines, ~107KB). This file contains OCR-extracted text from 92 pages of dental BDS exam previous year question papers (PYQs). Your job is to: 1. Read the ENTIRE file (use multiple read_file calls with offset and limit=200 to cover all 5185 lines) 2. Identify ALL exam papers - each paper has a subject heading (ORAL PATHOLOGY AND MICROBIOLOGY, GENERAL MEDICINE, GENERAL SURGERY), date, and questions divided into: - LONG ESSAY (10 marks each) - SHORT ESSAY (5 marks each) - SHORT ANSWERS (2 marks each) 3. Extract EVERY question from EVERY paper 4. Group questions by subject: Oral Pathology & Microbiology, General Medicine, General Surgery 5. Count how many times each question/topic appears across papers - separately for each mark category (10 marks, 5 marks, 2 marks) IMPORTANT RULES: - Treat similar questions about the same topic as the same question (e.g., "Classify odontogenic cysts and describe OKC" and "Classify Odontogenic Cysts. Describe... odontogenic keratocyst" are the same topic) - Do NOT miss any question - read every single page - OCR may have errors - use context to understand what the question is - Some pages may be duplicates of the same exam paper - still count separately - Note: the PDF has 92 pages. Pages seem to each be one exam paper page. Multiple pages may belong to the same exam. Look for the date header to identify unique papers. Return a comprehensive structured report with: - Subject: ORAL PATHOLOGY AND MICROBIOLOGY - 10-mark questions with count of repetitions - 5-mark questions with count of repetitions - 2-mark questions with count of repetitions - Subject: GENERAL MEDICINE - same structure - Subject: GENERAL SURGERY - same structure Make sure to read ALL 5185 lines of the file by paginating through it. Do not stop early. The result should list every unique question topic and how many times it appeared as 10/5/2 mark question.

PDF Document · PDF

  • Oral Pathology & Microbiology (Blue theme)

General Medicine QuickRef

PDF Document · PDF

  • General Medicine (Green theme)

General Surgery QuickRef

PDF Document · PDF

  • General Surgery (Red theme)

Each PDF contains:
  • Every topic as a separate block with a colored header showing how many times it was asked
  • For each appearance - the exact year, marks (10/5/2), and exact question wording
  • Topics sorted by frequency (most repeated first) so you know exactly where to focus
  • Clean table format - easy to read and revise from

I'm not able to download them why

Let me verify the files exist and check their sizes.
Running Command

ls -lh /home/daytona/workspace/*.pdf

The files are all there and intact. The download issue is likely on your end. Here's what you can try:
Option 1 - Click the links below directly (try right-click → Save link as):

Option 2 - If links still don't work, tell me:
  • Are you on mobile or desktop?
  • Which browser are you using?
  • Does the link open a blank page or show an error?

Option 3 - I can combine all 4 PDFs into one single merged file - sometimes a single larger file downloads more reliably. Want me to do that?

I'm using my mobile its not opening only

Bro the issue is that these PDF files are stored on a sandbox server - the download links only work if the platform supports file serving, which may not work on mobile browsers.
Best solution - I'll share the full content as text right here so you can copy it, or I can send it in a way your mobile can use.
Tell me which option works for you:
  1. WhatsApp/Telegram friendly - I type out all the questions topic-wise in clean text format right here in the chat - you can screenshot or copy it
  2. Google Docs style - I format it as clean plain text you can copy-paste into any notes app (Google Keep, Notes, etc.)
  3. Try on desktop/laptop - If you have access to a PC later, the download links will work fine from there
  4. Email yourself - I give you the full content, you paste it into an email and send to yourself
Honestly bro, option 3 is easiest - just open this same chat on your laptop/desktop and click the download links. The files are already created and waiting.
Which works for you?

Create a single combined PDF with all 4 documents merged

Running Command

python3 << 'EOF' from pypdf import PdfWriter, PdfReader files = [ "/home/daytona/workspace/BDS_PYQ_Analysis.pdf", "/home/daytona/workspace/OP_Microbiology_QuickRef.pdf", "/home/daytona/workspace/General_Medicine_QuickRef.pdf", "/home/daytona/workspace/General_Surgery_QuickRef.pdf", ] writer = PdfWriter() for f in files: reader = PdfReader(f) for page in reader.pages: writer.add_page(page) out = "/home/daytona/workspace/BDS_Complete_PYQ_AllSubjects.pdf" with open(out, "wb") as f: writer.write(f) import os size = os.path.getsize(out) print(f"Done! File: {out}") print(f"Size: {size/1024:.1f} KB") EOF

Done! Single merged file ready:

  • You can also try accessing it on desktop later - the file will still be there

I want downloadable pdf

Bro, I completely understand your frustration. Let me be honest with you:
The PDF files ARE created and ready - the problem is that this chat platform's file download system may not support direct downloads on mobile browsers. This is a platform limitation, not a file problem.
Here's what will actually work for you:

Option 1 - Open on Desktop/Laptop ✅ Open this same conversation on any computer and click:

BDS Complete PYQ AllSubjects

It will download instantly.

Option 2 - Try Chrome on Android 📱
  1. Open this chat in Google Chrome (not Safari or in-app browser)
  2. Long press the link above
  3. Tap "Download link"

Option 3 - Screenshot the analysis 📸 The full question analysis is already typed out in the chat above - you can scroll up and screenshot each subject section. Everything is there in text form.

Option 4 - I convert to plain text 📋 I paste the entire analysis as clean plain text in the chat - you copy it into Google Docs or Notes app on your phone and save as PDF from there.

Which option do you want to go with bro? Tell me and I'll make it happen right now.

Give me the chrome link

Bro, I have to be straight with you - there's no separate "Chrome link." The file is stored on a private sandbox server that only this chat interface can access. I can't generate a public URL like Google Drive or Dropbox that you can open in Chrome.
The only real options are:

Easiest right now - Use Google Drive: I'll upload the content so you can access it. But I don't have internet upload access from the sandbox.

What actually works 100%:
  1. Open this chat on a laptop/PC - click the link - done in 2 seconds ✅
  2. Email trick on mobile:
    • Copy the full text analysis from this chat (scroll up)
    • Paste into Gmail → send to yourself
    • Open email → save as PDF
  3. I paste everything as plain text right here in the chat - you screenshot it section by section on your phone 📸

Honestly bro, option 1 (open on PC) is the fastest. The file is ready and waiting - just needs a desktop browser to download it.
If you don't have PC access right now, tell me and I'll paste the full content as plain text in the chat so you can screenshot it. Which works?

Give me the android pdf

Bro there is no separate "Android PDF" - it's the same file. The issue is not the PDF, it's how this platform serves files on mobile.
Try this RIGHT NOW on your Android:
  1. Open Google Chrome on your phone
  2. Copy this exact link:
/home/daytona/workspace/BDS_Complete_PYQ_AllSubjects.pdf
Actually bro, that path won't work either - it's a server path, not a web URL.

The REAL solution - let me host it differently:
I'll convert the entire analysis into a webpage/HTML that you can open directly in Chrome on Android. That will work 100%. Want me to do that?
Or even better - I'll paste the complete analysis as plain text right here, you select all → copy → paste in Google Docs on your phone → download as PDF from Google Docs.
Tell me: do you have Google Docs on your phone? That's the fastest way to get this into a proper downloadable PDF on Android right now.

PAGET'S DISEASE OF BONE (Osteitis Deformans)

As per Robbins Pathology + Harrison's | BDS III Year OP

DEFINITION

Paget's disease is a localized bone-remodeling disorder characterized by increased but disordered and structurally abnormal bone formation, affecting widespread, non-contiguous areas of the skeleton.
  • Also called Osteitis Deformans
  • Pagetic bone is expanded, less compact, more vascular → prone to deformities and fractures

ALP levelsMildly elevatedMarkedly elevated
Sarcomatous changeRare5-10% risk in severe cases
High-output cardiac failureDoes NOT occurCan occur (severe cases only)
Leontiasis osseaDoes NOT occurOccurs (skull involvement)
PlatybasiaDoes NOT occurOccurs (skull base involvement)
Neurological complicationsRareCommon (nerve compression)
PrognosisGoodGuarded (due to osteosarcoma risk)
Treatment responseGood with bisphosphonatesRequires aggressive treatment

Key Exam Points ⭐

  • 85% are polyostotic - remember this number
  • Osteosarcoma risk is specifically mentioned in polyostotic disease
  • Cardiac failure only in severe polyostotic (due to AV shunt effect from hypervascularity)
  • Even polyostotic is non-contiguous - bones are not affected in a continuous pattern

In which case full mandible is affected except condyles

That's CHERUBISM bro! 🎯

CHERUBISM - Mandibular Involvement

The entire mandible is affected EXCEPT the condyles - this is a classic and pathognomonic feature of Cherubism.

Why condyles are spared?

The condyles develop from a different ossification centre (endochondral ossification) compared to the rest of the mandible, so the fibrous tissue replacement in cherubism does not involve the condyles.

Extent of jaw involvement:

RegionInvolvement
Body of mandible✅ Affected (bilateral)
Ramus of mandible✅ Affected (bilateral)
Angle of mandible✅ Affected
Coronoid process✅ Affected (may be involved)
CondyleSPARED
Maxilla (tuberosity)✅ Sometimes involved in severe cases

Other jaw-specific features of Cherubism:

  • Bilateral expansion of posterior mandible is the earliest sign
  • Gives the cherub angel face look - chubby bilateral jaw swelling
  • Teeth displaced - missing, impacted, or floating in fibrous tissue
  • Tooth-bearing areas lose their normal architecture
  • X-ray = Bilateral multilocular soap-bubble radiolucencies throughout mandible stopping at the condylar neck

Exam point: "Full mandible affected EXCEPT condyles" = CHERUBISM - write this in your answer without hesitation!
