“Retinal neuropathy” is not a standard diagnosis. Did you mean:
  1. Optic neuropathy: the most common clinical finding is reduced visual acuity and/or visual-field defect, often with a relative afferent pupillary defect in one-sided disease.
  2. Diabetic retinopathy: an early common finding is retinal microaneurysms on fundus examination.
