📴 Jio — Temporary Suspension
Jio does not offer a self-service temporary suspend option online. Your options are:
Option 1: Visit Jio Store
- Walk into your nearest Jio Store with your ID proof
- Request a temporary suspension of your number
- They can suspend it and reactivate when you return
Option 2: Call Customer Care
- Call 199 from your Jio number
- Request temporary suspension
- You may need to provide your Jio account details
Option 3: MyJio App
- Open MyJio → Help & Support → Chat/Call support
- Request suspension through customer care
⚠️ Jio prepaid numbers auto-deactivate after 90 days of no usage, then you get 30 more days to reclaim it before it's permanently closed.
