Yes. Hepatitis B vaccine and influenza vaccine can be given during the same visit, with no required interval between them.

They should be administered as separate injections, using different syringes and different injection sites, usually different arms in older children and adults. If given in the same limb, the injection sites should be separated. This follows general CDC guidance on giving vaccines together and vaccine administration practices.

Expect the usual minor effects, such as soreness at each injection site, mild fever, tiredness, or headache. Do not give either vaccine if there was a previous severe allergic reaction to that vaccine or one of its components.
