"SCUES scale" PDF download

I could not identify a recognised “SCUES scale” PDF from that spelling. Did you mean a clinical scale, such as SCUES for ultrasound assessment, or a different named score?
Send the full name, a screenshot, or the context where you saw it, and I’ll locate the legitimate PDF or source.

The original SCUES validation paper is here. ResearchGate may provide a PDF download or a “Request full-text” option:
I could not verify a separate, freely hosted official SCUES scoring-sheet/manual PDF. The primary paper is Wagner, Davids, and Hardin (2016), indexed on PubMed. SCUES is a video-based assessment of shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, and finger selective voluntary motor control in children with unilateral cerebral palsy.
A later validation paper describes the practical administration procedure and reports that the original developers supplied scoring videos/manuals to raters: SCUES reliability study.

Created a 4-page SCUES clinical information and documentation PDF. It includes assessment overview, setup checklist, session record, observation table, scoring-summary fields, and references. It intentionally does not reproduce the official proprietary scoring criteria.
