Images 1 & 2 (lighter-skinned patient, thigh/leg): Multiple discrete papules with fine white/silvery scale, some with central clearing/annular morphology, distributed over the thigh — consistent with a papulosquamous disorder
Images 3, 4 & 5 (darker-skinned woman, forearm): Multiple hypopigmented macules on a darker background, no scale visible — consistent with a hypopigmentation disorder
