Inviting you to Clinical meet tomorrow Long case presentation A 10-year-old female child, born out of non - consanguinous marriage, second in birth order brought - with chief complaints of : *Multiple joint pains* for 20 days *Facial puffiness and pedal edema* for 15days *Fever* for 4 days duration. O/E - Child has mild Pallor, Cervical lymphadenopathy, Facial puffiness & Bilateral pitting type of Pedal edema . Swelling of both knee joints and elbow joints present. She has Painful shoulder abduction and elbow extension
