TECHNICAL QUALITY

VESSEL-BY-VESSEL FINDINGS

Right Iliac Artery (RT. ILIAC A.)

  • Visualized at the proximal extent of all three panels
  • Demonstrates a continuous, robust column of contrast
  • No gross stenosis, aneurysmal dilatation, or filling defect identified at this level

Right Superficial Femoral Artery (RT. SFA)

  • Traced along the full length of the thigh in all three panels
  • Appears patent with continuous contrast opacification
  • Vessel wall appears smooth without significant irregularity or calcification-related narrowing identified on these projections

Right Popliteal Artery (RT. POPLA.)

  • Visualized at and just below the level of the knee
  • Appears patent with maintained luminal caliber
  • No evidence of aneurysm or significant focal stenosis on these views

Right Peroneal Artery (RT. PERONEAL A.) - Panel 2 (middle)

  • Visible in the leg segment
  • Appears to show contrast flow; continuity into the foot/ankle region requires confirmation on source axial images
  • Vessel is present and opacified

Right Posterior Tibial Artery (RT. PTA) - Panel 3 (right)

  • Identified in the leg segment
  • Appears patent with visible contrast column
  • Runs toward the foot region

IMPRESSIONS

  1. Right Iliac Artery - Patent. No significant proximal inflow disease identified on these views.
  2. Right Superficial Femoral Artery (SFA) - Appears patent throughout its course without evidence of significant hemodynamically significant stenosis or occlusion on CPR reconstructions.
  3. Right Popliteal Artery - Patent. No aneurysm or critical stenosis identified.
  4. Right Peroneal Artery - Demonstrable with contrast opacification. Appears patent on this projection.
  5. Right Posterior Tibial Artery - Visible with contrast opacification. Appears patent on this projection.
  6. Overall Assessment: The right lower extremity arterial system from the iliac level to the tibial vessels appears to show maintained patency on these CPR projections. No gross occlusion, high-grade stenosis, or significant aneurysmal disease is identified.
