- Widespread pain = both above and below the waist, both sides of the body, involving the axial skeleton (neck, back, or chest)

- Associated tenderness and elevated evoked pain sensitivity (hyperalgesia, allodynia)

Treatment
Nonpharmacologic (first-line, most effective)
