A patient with reported pulmonary capacity of 55 % about two years ago, hasn't faced any severe complication, but this time he is diagnosed with abnormality in on of valve of heart, may suspect about arrhythmia. The patient has long history of epilepsy/seizures. The patient claims to walk about two hours daily and having not a single complaint about any abnormality, the recent report has shown the working lung capacity about 60%. Ther may be pulmonary hypertension. Evaluate the patient's situation and give me the potential disease or abnormality with the prognosis and ask me if I've missed inspection of other primary information
