"H\S\O" could mean several things. Which do you mean? · What do you want me to do with it?

I'm not sure what "H\S\O" means, and I don't want to guess. The message came through as just those three letters. Here are the readings I think are most likely.
Clinical shorthand
  • H/O is "history of" (for example, H/O diabetes). Adding S gives a chart-style run of H/O, S/O and similar entries.
  • S/O usually means "suspected of" or "suggestive of" in a clinical note. In general writing it means "son of" or "significant other".
  • HSO is not a standard clinical abbreviation that I can place with confidence. I don't want to invent a meaning for it.
Other possibilities
  • A heading or label in notes or a template, such as History / Symptoms / Observations. This looks like a SOAP-style structure (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan).
  • A non-medical acronym (for example HSO as a company or organization name, or a file or code name).
  • A typo or an incomplete message.
Tell me what you meant and what you want done with it. For example, I could define it, explain it clinically, make notes, or find images. I'll then look it up in the medical library and the literature.
