I want you to rate as a derm at if you want to alter or add something. So, I use, uh, Dove soap, sensitive care, every day, followed by 20% urea moisturizer on one day. And I alternate it with, uh, Vaseline. Deep moisturizer, the yellow bottle, on the other day. Once in a week, I used Azarotin in my back. Azarotin in my back. Tazarotin. In my back. And a fected area. And, uh, that's all my entire body care routine. So if you wanna add, alter something, let me know. And yes, I also have salicylic acid body wash, which I use twice in a week. So just rate it, compare, tell me scientifically which will help me. Actually.
