I have iphone and i want to disable all the calls such that of a person calls he does not knows that outgoing fromthis phone is blocked Isi it possible

Checking Date & Time
You want to block all outgoing calls from your iPhone, but in a way where the caller gets a normal experience (not knowing the block is on your end). Here's what's possible and how:

What Actually Happens on the Caller's Side

When you block outgoing calls, the caller hears nothing unusual from their end — they simply can't reach you. They may hear a standard "call failed" or be sent to voicemail, depending on the method. They won't see any message saying "this number has blocked outgoing calls."

Methods to Block All Outgoing Calls on iPhone

1. Screen Time — Communication Limits (Best option)

This is Apple's built-in way to restrict calls entirely.
Steps:
  1. Go to Settings → Screen Time
  2. Tap Communication Limits
  3. Under During Screen Time, set "Allowed Communication" to No One
  4. Optionally set a Screen Time Passcode so it can't be bypassed
This blocks all outgoing calls. When someone calls in, it depends on your settings — you can also restrict incoming. If you set a passcode, even you won't be able to bypass it without the code.

2. Do Not Disturb / Focus Mode (Silences incoming, does NOT block outgoing)

This only silences incoming calls — it does not prevent you from making outgoing calls. Not what you want.

3. Ask Your Carrier to Block Outgoing Calls

Contact your mobile carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and ask them to:
  • Restrict all outgoing calls on your line
From the caller's perspective, when they call you, nothing seems different. You just can't call out.

4. Remove the SIM / Turn on Airplane Mode

  • Removing SIM or enabling Airplane Mode blocks all cellular activity.
  • Callers will go straight to voicemail — they won't know why.
  • But this also blocks data and texts.

What to do here

You're on the Communication Limits screen. Here's exactly what to do:

Step 1 — Tap "During Screen Time"

Tap the During Screen Time option (the first box).
You'll see choices like:
  • Everyone
  • Contacts Only
  • Contacts & Groups with at Least One Contact
  • No One ← Select this

Step 2 — Tap "During Downtime"

Go back and tap During Downtime as well.
Again select No One.

Step 3 — Set a Screen Time Passcode (Important!)

Go back to Screen Time settings and set a Screen Time Passcode — this locks the setting so it can't be changed without the passcode.
Settings → Screen Time → Use Screen Time Passcode

Result

Once both are set to No One:
  • ✅ No outgoing calls can be made (Phone, FaceTime, Messages all blocked)
  • ✅ The other person has no idea — they just can't reach you or you can't call out
  • ✅ Emergency calls (911, etc.) are always allowed regardless

I see this

There is no "No One" option visible here. This screen only shows:
  • Contacts Only
  • Contacts & Groups with at Least One Contact ✓ (currently selected)
  • Everyone

Why "No One" is Missing

The "No One" option only appears when Screen Time is set up for a child account (Family Sharing). For a personal/adult iPhone, Apple does not show that option.

What You Can Do Instead

Option 1 — Scroll Up on that screen

Sometimes "No One" appears above "Contacts Only" — scroll up to check if it's hidden.

Option 2 — Use Downtime (Most Effective Workaround)

This is the best alternative for a personal iPhone:
  1. Go back to Screen Time → Downtime
  2. Set Downtime to run Every Day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (basically all day)
  3. Then in Communication Limits → During Downtime, the "No One" option may appear there

Option 3 — Ask Your Carrier

Call your carrier (Airtel, Jio, Vi, etc.) and ask them to bar outgoing calls on your number. This is 100% effective and the caller never knows — they just can't connect to you.

Option 4 — Remove SIM / Use Airplane Mode

Quick and silent — callers go straight to voicemail with no explanation shown to them.

Recommended: Try the Downtime method (Option 2) first — it's the most complete built-in solution for a personal iPhone.

How to turn on parental control

You don't actually need a separate "parental control" setup. The "No One" option can be unlocked directly on your own iPhone by enabling a Screen Time Passcode. Here's how:

Steps to Get "No One" Option

Step 1

Settings → Screen Time

Step 2

Tap "Use Screen Time Passcode"
  • Set a 4-digit passcode
  • It will ask for your Apple ID (for recovery)

Step 3

Now go back to: Screen Time → Communication Limits → During Screen Time
You should now see "No One" as an option at the top of the list.

Step 4

Select "No One" → do the same for "During Downtime"

Why This Works

When you set a Screen Time Passcode, iOS treats the restrictions as parent-controlled, which unlocks the full range of options including "No One" — even on your own personal iPhone.

Note: Remember your Screen Time Passcode. If you forget it, you'll need your Apple ID to reset it. Don't set a passcode you'll forget.
