cases of tbi multile frontal lobe contusions ,SAH , subdural hemorrhage ,intra ventricular hemorrhage ,pneumocephalus ( resolved )right optic nerve injury , multipe facical frature , C7 spinous prosess fracture and follow up CT shows resolution of most hemorrhages but early gliosis and mild hydrocephaluA . But the patient has left shoulder anterior shoulder disloaction or it may be shoulder anterior translation
