CDC child cold cough fever home care warning signs

For an 11-year-old weighing 20 kg with mild fever, cold, and cough, this is often a viral upper-respiratory infection, but I cannot diagnose online.
Home care
  • Give plenty of fluids, warm soups, and rest.
  • Saline nasal drops/spray and gentle nose blowing can help congestion.
  • Honey 1 teaspoon at bedtime can ease cough if the child is older than 1 year.
  • Avoid antibiotics unless prescribed. Colds are usually viral, and antibiotics do not help. CDC common-cold guidance
Fever/discomfort medicines, if needed
  • Paracetamol/acetaminophen: 10-15 mg/kg per dose every 4-6 hours as needed.
For 20 kg: 200-300 mg per dose. Do not exceed the package or clinician-recommended daily maximum.
  • Ibuprofen: 5-10 mg/kg per dose every 6-8 hours, only if drinking well and not dehydrated.
For 20 kg: 100-200 mg per dose. Avoid if there is vomiting, dehydration, kidney disease, stomach ulcer, or suspected dengue.
  • Do not give aspirin to children.
Use a pediatric formulation and check the concentration on the bottle before measuring. Avoid combining multiple cold/flu products because they may contain the same fever medicine.
Get urgent medical care now if there is fast or difficult breathing, chest pulling in while breathing, blue/gray lips, severe sleepiness/confusion, inability to drink, signs of dehydration such as very little urine or no tears, severe headache/stiff neck, rash with fever, seizures, or fever/cough that improves then becomes worse. CDC also advises review if fever lasts more than 4 days or symptoms last over 10 days without improving. CDC warning signs
Please tell me:
  1. Temperature measured and how many days fever has been present
  2. Is breathing normal or fast? Any wheeze, chest pain, or barking cough?
  3. Any vomiting, rash, sore throat, ear pain, or known asthma?
