Lord, as this night shift begins, I ask for Your presence and peace to cover every moment of it.
Grant steady hands, a clear mind, and a calm heart. When things get busy or overwhelming, remind me to breathe and trust that I am not alone.
Watch over every patient, resident, or person in my care tonight. Let my work be a quiet act of service and compassion.
Keep my colleagues and I safe, alert, and encouraged. Where there is fatigue, bring strength. Where there is worry, bring calm.
And when the morning comes, let me rest well, knowing I gave my best.
