Dono hemispheres mein values almost identical hain - koi significant perfusion asymmetry nahi dikhti.

Aap abhi "Filming" tab mein hain. Final report complete karne ke liye aapko:
- "Report" tab mein jaana hoga
- Wahan se PACS mein DICOM send karna hoga
Filming tab theek dikhta hai - ROIs aur curves properly set hain. Filming technically sahi lag rahi hai.

🔴 Primary Diagnosis:
ACL Tear (High-grade Partial / Complete)
Sagittal view mein intercondylar notch mein ACL ke normal dark fibers visible nahi hain - unki jagah amorphous high signal intensity aur swelling hai. Yeh complete ya high-grade ACL rupture ki classic MRI finding hai.

Yeh classic "Pivot-Shift" trauma pattern hai:
- ACL tear + bone marrow edema (femur + tibia) + effusion
- Aksar sports injury ya twisting injury mein hota hai
