  • Oblique fracture of the body of mandible — right side
  • Comminuted fracture of the left zygomatic arch

Soft Tissue

  • Soft tissue swelling in the mandibular and left zygomatic region

TMJ

  • Bilateral mandibular condyle and TM joint — normal

Paranasal Sinuses

  • Bilateral paranasal sinuses — normal bony wall
  • No bony erosion or destruction or fracture
  • Ostia of bilateral maxillary antra and adjacent structures (OMU) — no obvious abnormality
