intertrochanteric hip fracture classification radiograph AO Foundation

This appears to be a left intertrochanteric fracture of the proximal femur, likely comminuted and displaced, with involvement around the greater and lesser trochanters. It is an extracapsular hip fracture, rather than a fracture through the femoral neck.
The photo of the film and the single AP view limit certainty. The radiology report and orthopaedic assessment are needed urgently, particularly if this is a recent injury or the person cannot bear weight. AO fracture reference describes these as trochanteric/intertrochanteric proximal femur fractures.
