The screenshot shows two posts stuck with "Not posted yet. Please try again." - a very common Instagram upload failure. Even with good internet and storage, several other things can cause this.
-
Instagram app is outdated - Older versions often have upload bugs. Check the Play Store/App Store for updates.
-
App cache is corrupted - This is the #1 cause of this specific error. Go to: Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear Cache (not data), then retry.
-
Background data is restricted - Instagram needs background data permission to complete uploads. Check: Settings > Apps > Instagram > Data Usage > enable "Background Data."
-
Battery Saver / Power Saving mode is ON - Your screenshot shows 47% battery, and if power saving is active, it blocks background processes including uploads. Turn it off temporarily.
-
VPN or proxy interference - If you're using a VPN, it can interrupt Instagram's upload servers. Disable it and try again.
-
Instagram server-side issue - Sometimes Instagram's own servers have temporary upload problems, especially for Reels/videos. This resolves on its own within hours.
-
Video format or length issue - Instagram has strict limits: Reels max 90 seconds, file must be MP4/MOV, H.264 codec. If the video doesn't meet specs, it silently fails.
-
Account flagged or restricted - If Instagram flagged your account for any policy reason, uploads may silently fail.
The "Not posted yet" message almost always gets resolved by clearing the cache + disabling battery saver.
