Hey orris I've a problem found on my Instagram account , as you see in the picture my videos are not uploading , why this is happening my internet is good and space is also available but still why this is happening to me

The screenshot shows two posts stuck with "Not posted yet. Please try again." - a very common Instagram upload failure. Even with good internet and storage, several other things can cause this.
Most likely reasons:
  1. Instagram app is outdated - Older versions often have upload bugs. Check the Play Store/App Store for updates.
  2. App cache is corrupted - This is the #1 cause of this specific error. Go to: Settings > Apps > Instagram > Storage > Clear Cache (not data), then retry.
  3. Background data is restricted - Instagram needs background data permission to complete uploads. Check: Settings > Apps > Instagram > Data Usage > enable "Background Data."
  4. Battery Saver / Power Saving mode is ON - Your screenshot shows 47% battery, and if power saving is active, it blocks background processes including uploads. Turn it off temporarily.
  5. VPN or proxy interference - If you're using a VPN, it can interrupt Instagram's upload servers. Disable it and try again.
  6. Instagram server-side issue - Sometimes Instagram's own servers have temporary upload problems, especially for Reels/videos. This resolves on its own within hours.
  7. Video format or length issue - Instagram has strict limits: Reels max 90 seconds, file must be MP4/MOV, H.264 codec. If the video doesn't meet specs, it silently fails.
  8. Account flagged or restricted - If Instagram flagged your account for any policy reason, uploads may silently fail.

Quick fix steps to try in order:
  1. Tap the refresh icon (circular arrow) next to each failed post
  2. Clear Instagram's cache
  3. Turn off battery saver
  4. Switch from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa)
  5. Force stop Instagram, reopen, and retry
  6. Update the Instagram app
  7. If still stuck, delete the failed drafts and re-upload the videos fresh
The "Not posted yet" message almost always gets resolved by clearing the cache + disabling battery saver.

Okay send me the exact report wordings so I can send this to Instagram account help centre

Subject: Videos Not Uploading - "Not posted yet. Please try again." Error

Hello Instagram Support Team,
I am writing to report a technical issue with my Instagram account. For the past few days, my videos are failing to upload and showing the error message "Not posted yet. Please try again."
Issue Details:
  • My internet connection is working fine and is stable
  • My device has sufficient storage space available
  • The error appears on multiple videos, not just one
  • Tapping the retry (refresh) button does not fix the issue
  • The videos remain stuck as failed drafts on my feed
Steps I have already tried:
  • Tapped the retry button multiple times
  • Cleared the Instagram app cache
  • Restarted the app and my device
  • Checked my internet connection (both WiFi and mobile data)
Device Information:
  • Device: Android smartphone
  • Instagram App Version: [write your app version here]
  • Operating System: Android [write your Android version here]
Request:
Please investigate my account for any technical restrictions or server-side issues that may be preventing my videos from uploading successfully. I would appreciate a prompt resolution as this is affecting my ability to post content.
Thank you for your support.
